Graham worked for Kärcher for 16 years. I started as a started as a Territory Manager. His responsibilities included managing distributor sales and direct sales in a 3 state area, producing approximately 3.00.000,00 in annual  Sales. Next I became a new product Sales Manager and National Trainer. This job entailed introducing new products to the US market and training the proper use.  During my last 8 years in the US, I was a National Account Director. MY responsibilities included the Healthcare Market and a few Global BSCs that focused on the Healthcare Market.

In June 2013, he moved to AKW to oversee our Global BSC and HC Markets. And also responsible for helping to create Global and National Market Strategies as well as managing our relationships with the largest Global BSCs.

Co-Founder of Principle Cleaning Services. Chairman of the British Cleaning Council and a Director of the Cleaning And Support Services Association. Also sit on the board of the European Federation of Cleaning Industries. Great Britain

Douglas has over 40 years' experience in the cleaning industry and runs a high quality and professional, customer focused service.

Douglas is greatly respected within the cleaning industry by his peers and colleagues and currently holds the position of Chairman of the British Cleaning Council (BCC), as well as being a Director of the Cleaning and Support Services Association (CSSA).

He played rugby for various clubs including Saracens and now referees at weekends. He is also a keen windsurfer and skier and plays an active role as a Trustee of The London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy.
